Our dynamic and transformative Small Group Training Classes are designed by Keith McGrath on the belief that anyone can achieve —Fitness by Any Means Necessary!    We offer Strength and Conditioning Training and Boxing Fitness classesprograms that deliver results while you have fun, implemented by a hand selected team of athlete/trainers.   Leverage the small group setting and reap the benefits of a personal trainer, in a supportive environment.

Class designed by Keith McGrath, Former Strength & Conditioning Coach to 2X WBA First Latino Heavy Weight Champion John 'The Quietman' Ruiz.  Featuring and implemented by Former Boxer and present day Boxing Trainer Jose Raul Cetina, of The Quietman Gym in Medford.


 Wraps will be provided for initial sign up.
