FITNESS PRINCIPLES PROGRAMS

We offer complete 3, 6, and 12 month programs in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from your fitness principles program.

This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition and the exercise components that are required for getting serious results. We have clients that meet with us for 1 private or virtual coaching session a week and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym) and we also have clients that meet with us anywhere from 2-4 times/week depending on goals, motivation, and budget.

But all the programs are at least a 3 month initial commitment. The investment starts at $400 per month (and up) depending on which options you choose and what’s the best fit for you.

STRATEGY SESSION:

We’ll sit down together and discuss what type of experience you would like to have, how you would like to be coached, and what you think is the most important thing you need help with to achieve what you want.

3D MOVEMENT EVALUATION:

Discover what areas of your body need to be unlocked and connected, so you can reduce your risk of injury, have less stress on your joints, less nagging aches and pain. Look, feel, move, and perform better in your favorite activities.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM:

A program that evolves, is designed specifically for your goals, your body, and your schedule. We’ll provide you with prescriptions, descriptions, and videos so that you can do your workouts on demand anytime anywhere.

HIGH PERFORMANCE HABITS:

Results are the product of your daily habits. Need help with your nutrition? Want more energy? Need help with a new routine or daily practice? Could use some extra motivation? Ready to start a new activity or dominate the one you already play? We’ve got you covered.

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY

& UNLIMITED SUPPORT:

Reach your goals fast by having a coach who uses accountability coaching software that helps you stay on track when you’re not with us. We’ll check in as often as you want, give you all the tools, and continuous support you need to be successful.

PRIVATE COACHING:

Private in person coaching is all eyes and ears on you. This gives you the attention to detail needed to make sure your technique and execution is dialed in properly, so you can optimize your training, get great results, and stay injury free with your workouts.

VIRTUAL COACHING:

Virtual Coaching: Get great results without having to come into our facility. We’ll provide you with workouts you can do on demand anytime anywhere, and we can also coach you on the video platform that you prefer in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
